| Scott #7 Blue, Type II Only Issued Imperforate Relief A First Condition DOUBLE TRANSFER This particular stamp is from a of a strip of 3 (11R1E, 13R1E and this being 12R1E). The strip is poor impression but still has a few very faint marks located all over the stamp. The double transfer markings are mostly obscured by the pen cancel. (WEST CENTER) On earlier printings the double transfer and plating marks would be more distinct. There are about 25 distinct plating marks on this position. |
