| Scott #9 Blue, Type IV, Relief A Issued both imperforate and perforated. Perforated copys are more scarce. SINGLE RECUT TOP, NOTE: The left end of the top recut extends farther to the left than illustrated in the plating diagrams. The diagrams also indicate the upper left ornaments are double transfered or shifted slightly. This most likely reveals itself best on early sharp impressions. |
