(Violet Arrows) The partial remains of the right full plume from the Type I relief roller that was entered originally when the plate was in it's early state, can be seen to the right. Red arrows are marks noted in the Ashbrook/Neinken plating diagrams.

In this position the "EC" recut line extents beyond the "C" of CENT and is almost even with the lower left serif of "E." This does not occur on any other position on the top row right pane.
