| Scott #7 Blue, Type II, Relief B First Condition Only Issued Imperforate PLATING NOTES: The plating diagram for this position also illustrates a GUIDE DOT at the extreme lower left margin. This dot is also found on 21L, 41L, 61L and 81L. Close examination reveals that the lower left and right scrolls and the bottom line are double transfered. This is illustrated on Page 70, Fig. 10-Q in Neinken but not noted in the plating diagram on Page 91 Fig. 10A8. |
