| Scott #7 Blue, Type II, Relief A First Condition Only Issued Imperforate This image is part of a horizontal strip of 3 consisting of 18L1E, 19L1E, 20L1E. The plating marks shown in Neinken are faint, worn away or not fully formed on this impression, but other unconfirmed marks are shown and it is hoped that other students of this issue can confirm. See violet arrows below. Also take note that Ornament P and the small unnamed ornament below it are weak and incomplete. This is shown in the plating diagrams but not detailed as a plating aid. |
